We turn Solid Wood into Solid Value for you. Our Limited Warranty covers defects in material and workmanship for a period of 25 years from the date of delivery. This is 2½ times longer than the industry average. Our Warranty is subject to normal use under normal conditions and does not apply to goods damaged in transit or abuse caused by the product user. In the event of a warranty claim, our sole liability shall be the repair or replacement of parts that are required to maintain the product in proper working order.
All items that are not manufactured by New England Woodcraft, including all upholstery fabrics, mattresses and task chairs, shall carry the manufacturer's warranty.
