Manufacturing and Custom Capabilities

Our furniture is “Made in the USA” and “Made to Order” which means that we can easily customize our furniture designs to meet your specific needs. No order is too large or too small. Whether you need 5 or 5,000, we have the ability to produce your order in a timely manner.

Our design engineers have decades of experience in the furniture industry and can provide our customers with individual furniture drawings and floor plans when requested.

ADA Compliance

The Americans with Disabilities Act was established in 1990 and requires public spaces (including lodging facilities) to make reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities. New England Woodcraft can provide ADA compliant options in each furniture line. Furniture dimensions can be modified to provide wheelchair accessibility, and ADA approved handles can be added to all drawers for ease of opening.

Project Management

Our team of experienced in-house project managers as well as on-site project managers ensure successful execution of even the most complicated projects. From the initial ordering process to the final installation, customers can rely on the planning and monitoring required for a successful project completion.

Shipping and Delivery

Our shipping department takes great pride in our industry reputation for consistent, complete AND on-time deliveries to our customers. Our logistics manager works closely with the project managers and installers to make sure that the trucks are loaded to prevent damage and ensure that your order arrives on time and is set up properly.


Once we produce and deliver your furniture, we want to make sure it is properly installed, so we work with installation teams that specialize in both union and non-union labor commercial furniture installation. Our installation partners employ experienced supervisors and installers.


We can provide services to remove your old furnishings prior to arrival of new or in tandem with the furniture installation. Whenever possible, we work hard to coordinate donation of old furnishings to charitable organizations across the country.


With access to abundant warehouse space, we have the ability to consolidate accessory items for package room projects. And in the event of unforeseen construction or renovation delays, we can warehouse and store your furniture in our manufacturing facility until your barracks or residence hall is ready for installation.
