Finishing Technician

Responsibilities Include:
  • Surface preparation and sanding
  • Spray booth and UV equipment operation
  • Diligent tracking of data for production reports
  • Quality review of part prior to movement to next station
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and well-organized work area
  • Complying with all safety rules and regulations
  • Additional Duties may be required.
Desirable Skills Needed:
  • Some knowledge of water-base finishing
  • Knowledge of Finishing Equipment and Storage Procedures to include pumps, sprayers, etc..
  • Team Player with a strong work ethic and a good attitude
  • Attention to detail is very important.
  • Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
  • Minimum of 2 years of similar experience necessary for this position

IT Support Specialist

Responsibilities Include:
  • Manage IT help desk
  • Assist users who are having issues with software, computers, printers, scanners, copiers, etc. This includes both office and production/CNC computers.
  • Troubleshoot and solve various computer related issues.
  • Perform maintenance on hardware.
  • Coordinate activities with 3rd party network administration.
  • Maintaining phone system
  • Additional responsibilities as required
Desirable Skills Needed:
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities
  • Capable of working independently
  • 2 to 3 years of experience with Microsoft office 365 suite, database knowledge, network administration and Sharepoint
  • Demonstrate good technical aptitude skills
  • Understanding and knowledge of network cabling, including the ability to install and terminate RJ-45 wiring.

Warehouse Associate

Skills and Experience Needed:
  • Needs to be self motivated and can work independently
  • Verifying the accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming deliveries
  • Maintaining inventory in the ERP computer system
  • Keeping all material handling equipment (rolling stock, lifts) in the best condition by conducting regular maintenance
  • Ensures orderly production and distribution of products by pulling orders from inventory, delivering production materials and supplies where needed
  • Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and keeping materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory, and reporting shortages
  • Documents materials and records units delivered and location of units
  • Operates forklifts, pallet jacks, yard truck with trailers and other machinery to move items, or signals machine operators to move materials onto and off trucks and loading docks.
  • Keeps inventory, loading areas, and machinery clean
  • Learns and adheres to workplace safety regulations and can work in a variety of conditions, including inclement weather.
  • Responsible for bi-annual physical inventory
  • Works closely with purchasing

Skills and Experience Needed:
  • We are looking to fill various positions in our busy Forest Dale, VT and Rutland, VT manufacturing plants. We are seeking candidates with woodworking, machine operation, and production experience. We will train the right candidate who brings reliability and a desire to learn to the table.
