New England Woodcraft Bunk Beds feature solid hardwood posts and rails and are available with wedge-lock, bolt-on or tool-less springs. Our E-Z Lock tool-less bed assembly exceeds the strength of our competition because steel pins are welded to a steel U channel so that the steel bracket forms a metal-to-metal wedge-lock between the pin and back. Beds can be assembled and disassembled repeatedly over generations of use. No tools are required for assembling or disassembling the bed. All Bunk Beds have passed Federal Government Performance Test requirements.
Captains Beds are available with or without a headboard. Several different drawer configurations are available depending on the layout of the furniture in the rooms. All beds include the option for under-bed storage compartments.
Twin, Full and Queen Headboards are available in a variety of standard styles or can be customized to meet a particular style. Headboards can be wall mounted or attached to a traditional standard bedframe requiring a mattress and box spring.
When space is tight, a lofted bed will provide additional floor space in the room. Bunk beds can easily be converted to a lofted bed with the simple addition of stabilizer rails and guard rail.
